DESCRIPTION

The PAM4 RF amplifier is a single input high performance broadband optical modulator driver with very low jitter, 3.3 V swing, with excellent gain and group delay flatness, matched to 38GHz. It is designed for electro-optical test equipment and optical modulator PAM4 driver applications. The driver is intended for lab use or integration. It has gain and power levels that are ideally suitable for driving either Linear EA or LN modulators. It has low power dissipation, ample drive signal, very low added jitter, fast rise/fall times.
