Butterfly Package Switching / Shutter SOA Driver Module

The laser diode driver consists of four sections: LD bias, modulation port, back PD current monitor and temperature stabilizer. It is suited for 14-pin butterfly packaged SOA, which works in switching mode. The switching SOA is simply controlled by LVTTL signal and the electrical level decides the SOA working mode, Blocker or Amplifier. The butterfly packaged laser is removable. It saves a lot if users want another power or wavelength of laser source. They only need to replace the LD. It is compatible for Thorlabs optical shutter / switch of SOA1013SXS and BOA1004PXS.
